"The staff was nice for the most part. I had constant issues with key cards access to my room. Every time I left my room I had to go to the lobby and get them reprogrammed, and they would work once after and that was it. The hotel has definitely seen better days… many of obvious patches in the walls, broken lamps, rusty tub, broken door chain, ripped sheets, broken curtains, chipped paint, moldy shower curtains, busted towel bar, spiders EVERYWHERE, and sad, small pillows. For a king sized bed I was only given 3 barely bigger than a throw pillow pillows."
"The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond the normal meet and greet introduction. Recommended where to eat and is truly an asset for your hotel. We will be back next year. "
"The staff were very accommodating. We booked the meeting room for a repast. We also needed a room with a shower that was wheel chair accessible. It was a peaceful and friendly experience. We even used the pool. "
"Tv didn’t work - they changed us to a suite that had a tv that worked - very responsive
Front desk person - pool was drained and
Probably hasn’t been filled for awhile
They should have mentioned that on the website before booking "
"Was not sure we were at the right place, except for the sign. Picture of office makes it look more spacious than the small area that it was. TV worked after new batteries were put in the remote. Man at the front was polite and helpful.
One very thin towel and wash cloth along with a shampoo for each occupant. Toilet was very low to the ground and noisy when flushed. Several lights but lighting did not overlap so dark areas in the room.
It was clean--no bed bugs. Refrigerator and AC worked.
Did not try the microwave. One trashcan.
Wall behind the door had hole where handle had gone
into the wall with some force. Door was not easy to shut.
Room not really ready for occupancy, but probably needed money to improve on it."
