"Check in was fairly smooth, just a minor dialect problem with understanding each other. My only complaint is the breakfast dining area was not suitable for several guests at once. The breakfast area did not have a good flow pattern and seating was in short supply. In my opinion, they could have created an overflow area out into the lobby without being disruptive to people checking in or out. Coffee was in short supply and when I reported that regular was out, they said the decaf carafe was the same coffee! What if someone couldn’t drink caffeinated coffee for a medical reason? That was concerning."

"I reserved a two queen size beds and a first floor unit and a handicap toilet (raised) and I got two double beds, fourth floor unit and a standard toilet. There mini kitchen has a warming plate not stove and you have to request pans, utensils and plates plus silverware at the front desk for there is none in the unit.I went down and spoke to a staff and was told there wasn’t any other rooms available. There were some at the time my reservation was made, because it tells you how many are available. This hotel needs updated badly. They charge you a hundred dollars at check-in which I didn’t know about before hand. Poor business management and customer service. I won’t stay here again."

"My son and I were coming into the lobby around 9 pm when a group of men and younger boys were at the fire pit near the entrance. My son had headphones on and they yelled out and asked what he was listening to. We told them. Then they asked what his favorite rapper was. My son didn't respond. Once inside the lobby, one of the men came into the lobby and yelled at my son for not responding. Called him an idiot and yelled in his face finger pointing. Luckily my son kept quiet. Not sure how that would have ended. We weren't in the lobby for two minutes and that happened. Terrible"
