"Front Desk staff not very helpful/generous. Could have easily swapped is into a single king bed for an older couple rather than a double queen. She tried to "upsell" us from a double queen for $20. Really? We felt that was tacky. As Hilton Honors members (who have booked 3 other hotel stays in the last month, that seemed like an easy gesture. She was very snotty about it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired i would have walked right out and canceled the whole reservation. We won't be booking with Hilton in the future if that's the way they nickel and dime their customers. "

"Ample parking. The rooms are all unique with different personalities. Every floor has a common area to get a freshly brewed of coffee. It was our second time staying here and we loved it. "

There was a belligerent, drunk lady hanging out in the lobby with her drunk friend yelling obscenities at top lung. I had to cut my trip short by a day was told at the front desk that an adjustment will be made, and then they denied the adjustment through Expedia."
