"This hidden gem just 1 mile up the hill from downtown Custer is absolutely gorgeous! It feels like you stepped into the mountains of Germany or Switzerland. There are flowers everywhere. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub. The front desk staff greeted us and was there to answer all of our questions and offer dining suggestions. There is milk and cookie time at 3:30. Laundry facilities are free and detergent is provided. The room was large and the bed super comfortable! We were so impressed that we decided to say a second night. It is very central to anything you want to do in the Black Hills, only 20 to 30 miles from most of the major attractions. Additionally, the room price was reasonable, around $128 on Expedia. Would highly recommend!"
