"I booked this property specifically to make use of the pool witg my grandchildren. Unfortunately we went out to use it and staff came out and told us the water wasn’t safe and couldn’t be used. Additionally thr door to the closet housing the microwave and refrigerator fell off when it was opened. It could have seriously injured one of the babies. The staff did refund the following days and I moved to another hotel."
