Murray Arms Hotel

"So pleased to find Murray Arms. It was 5 minutes from our arriving ferry. Upon checkin by Suzanne, we were assigned private off-road parking. Our room for 3 nights was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming for all - babies, dogs, and patrons. The meals in their restaurant were first class. They have dive boats for scallop harvesting. Our scallop dinner was the best EVER!"
"Hotel was on the quay and is a Pub with rooms. Room we had was a family room so more spacious. Dinner was good and well priced. Kirkwall is a small town so you are near everything from this location."

"The was a very comfortable and cozy hotel. I had a great time here. I found it impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. It's walking distance from the downtown shopping area, but still pretty quiet. There is a lovely lounge and bar area that is very comfortable and welcoming. The shower worked very well too. I would love to stay here again!"
