"The room was antiquated, it was hit-or-miss when to turn on a light IF they had lightbulbs in the sockets. The breakfast, and the serving lady, were the ONLY saving grace. The food was hot and delicious and the attendant had more customer service skill than the front desk clerk."

Hotel restaurant serves breakfast all day (Starting at 4 pm??) our check in was delayed 3 hours, when we got our room we found a pizza crust in the corner of the room and pizza sauce and crumbs on the end table. Furniture was very worn and room had holes in the wall where the door hits. Coffee maker leaked. Gum stuck to the bathroom tile. Overall very disappointed with our stay. "

"Room was not vacuumed, trash and hairs in carpet and bathroom floor, breakfast was terrible the first day everything was cold and it was 9am the eggs weren’t cooked all the way. Front desk staff not polite or friendly at all. Hotel super pricy for what it is, don’t be fooled by the website pictures."

"Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad."
