"Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, after the check-in window had closed, but the staff went completely above and beyond to help us make it there okay. They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night. The area was gorgeous and the room was on a corner, very nice and clean. I would love to stay here again. "

"This hotel has a great location. You can walk to the ferry in two minutes and the train station in five. The staff was very friendly, especially reception desk, where Mateo and Julia were very helpful to us and answering our questions and coordinating things.
