I was disappointed that there wasn't a spa, and we didn’t use the pool or hot tub. A floor plan that showed where the pool was would have been helpfulbut the staff was helpful in giving directions"

"Room was clean, restaurant was good and great service in there, front desk lady at check in was questionable, very abrupt, not much of a personality and when we put the empty coffee pot on the desk for her so maybe she’d make more coffee she just put back on coffee station empty "

"The grandkids loved the pool even though it was very busy. This hotel looks like it is very popular with families. The breakfast area was very busy as well but the staff kept it well stocked and as clean as it could be with the amount of guests that were there. The staff were very friendly and efficient at the front counter, making the check-in and out process very simple."
