"Great location well refurbished hotel."

"The hotel is very centrally located which makes it a great spot to stay. However the hotel is tired looking. The lifts are really grubby and need a refresh. the toliets downstairs also need some TLC. The staff couldn't have been nicer and I would stay again for the shear convenience. The beds were basic but comfortable. The pillows are too small and not comfortable. "

"The staff are friendly and helpfully let me check out 30 mins later than their usual time. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. They had pastries last time that they didn’t have this time but still had croissants and basics. The room was nice and spacious and I slept well apart from the next day when they were doing some building work or something on site outside the room. The main annoying thing was no flannel, has to use a medium sized towel and when I got in the shower, I realised there was no shower gel as the bottle was empty. This was very frustrating and not much you can do once you’re in the shower. They are obviously updating the property and I would definitely stay there again"

"Fast, efficient and friendly check in service. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Car parking easily accessible and we were able to leave the car in the hotels park until 5pm on day of check out which was a bonus. Lovely clean modern hotel close to the town centre. Our room was on the 8th floor which had wonderful views over the town. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything we needed including a fridge. The super king bed was comfortable too. I can't fault this hotel especially as it was so reasonably priced too. Will certainly be staying again."

"The staff was very welcoming, especially the blonde woman on the front desk. She made our stay very memorable. The hotel itself was aesthetically furbished. Their spa facilities are impressive very modern and very relaxing. Paying for parking was the only issue. Other than that what a wonderful stay. Thank you"

"Room was a good size ,but tv was placed at the side of the bed ¬ on a arm so you couldn't move to a better position so really bad neck ache.nice size shower but no pressure.The breakfast was a buffet we were expecting a breakfast menu,felt a bit like a free breakfast in a well known chain!very disappointing.had a meal in the pickled sprout which was excellent, would definitely recommend going there for a meal."

"Reception staff welcoming and friendly and check-in was very quick and efficient. Our Standard Double room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent breakfast, as always, with quality ingredients and a variety of hot and cold options. We also had a great evening meal at the Fat Badger - the burgers were very good! Highly recommended - we always stay at the White Hart if we are spending the evening in Harrogate."
