"I would not recommend this place: Pretty run down overall; shower stall leaked; the bed was a twin, not a queen as advertised; there was no microwave as advertised; located in a residential area with a LOT of barking dogs at all hours; only 2 plates/bowls/cups/glasses/towels; pillows were thin and flat. Good location close to Gaviotas strip and the beach, but you can do better for the same price."

"Amazing view phenomenal unit extremely clean and new. Staff was amazing and very convenient too was more than I expected. I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. We'll see it on the 10th floor I will definitely be returning mind you that these views are available everywhere but the peace and comfort and the staff will bring us back."

"Place was not the cleanest but it paid of with the nice view. The property asks for a picture of your identification which I found odd since it’s all booked through hotels.com. Once I arrived I had to wait for the property manager to send me the information on which apartment and send me the other information I needed to get in. "
