"Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. "

"We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. "

"Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. ( die Tierdichte ist hier allerdings geringer und wie bei Wildtieren natürlich auch Glückessache) Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schon das erste Abenteuer...Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung ca 10 Minuten von der...

"Drake Bay Getaway has amazing views from the restaurant and the rooms. It is very well placed for exploring the area and taking tours. We would like to highlight how helpful Dylan the Manager was. He met us on arrival by boat from Sierpe on the beach and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The Hotel will be undergoing renovation at the end of the year and this will undoubtedly enhance the hotel access. The path up to the rooms has steps and there is an unmade road but Dylan can help...

"This hotel was truly amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. The jungle views and wildlife we're fabulous!! The only problem we had was getting there. Do not attempt to stay here without 4WD! The roads are unpaved and cross several streams with no bridges. If you are cominh for a real outdoors expierence, this is the place to be!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We were up in one of the rooms on the hill which had amazing views of the bay as well as great opportunities for birdwatching. The room itself was super clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great proximity to the nature trail as well! We would stay again for sure."

"We stayed a week at Corcovado & Drake Inn. The room was excellent. The pool was a great in the afternoon/evening after a day of adventuring. Sol at the front desk was amazingly helpful and patient in arranging tours and getting our breakfast orders. Robin who handled our breakfast was a friendly start of the day and also great at giving off the beaten track recommendations for activities. I definitely recommend Drake Inn."
