"Very bad experience with Hotels.com This platform advertises establishments without having the authorization or a contract with the hotel keeper which is completely illegal, and it is the customer who bears the consequences. During a stay in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I booked one room out of Hotels.com in a hotel from February 2 to 6, 2024. Hotels.com sent me an email confirming my booking and payment. But when I got to the hotel reception, there was no sign of my booking, and the hotel manager told me...
