"After an initial disappointment with the room not set up as per my booking, this was quickly resolved and a new room assigned. Special mention to the front desk staff (Ria and Jie ?). "

"I understand that it is a budget-friendly, basic, no-frills hotel. I didn't expect much, it is tight but it is fairly new and very clean which is why I booked it. However, the toilet paper should at least be on a holder, not just sitting on the counter. And the towels really need to be replaced because they looked like rags, with edges already torn apart, you wouldn't want to use it on your face."

There is NOT a mini fridge or a kitchenette, but the cheap eating options nearby and the fact it is in walking distance to the SM Lanang Mall makes it perfect. The staff is more than happy to help with anything you need. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Theres a smoking area down to the left of the lobby. "

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel for a week, and we definitely know where to stay if we come to visit Davao again in the near future. "Staff are friendly and efficient. Very helpful, too. Junior suite was spacious but the place is old - needs upgrade. Old bedsheets and pillows and furnitures including the shower.Towels are new though which is good. Location is alright - just opposite is Jollibee and McDonalds, about 100meters is Mang Inasal. Also near seven-eleven. "

"It was ok but disappointing from how it looked online. No one else was on like at check in but it still took 15 minutes for check in. Deluxe room was very small. Air conditioner was loud and the window was thin. You could hear everything outside. (was on the 2nd floor). More that half of the TV advertised channels didn't work. And the one good channel that did was cutting in and out. The room service was very quick though . "
