The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff. I don’t read German while we were attempting to get in the hotel 2 other couples came up with the same problem. Happily the young lady came to work early and got things settle Also the breakfast was very good and the lady that ran it was friendly and helpful "
