"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. "Incredible setting - highly recommend getting a lakeview room. Great path for walking or running alongside the lake, I would suggest the path to the left along the road. The pool and Spa were awesome, such a fantastic way to relax and enjoy time in the mountains. The pool is a little heavy on chlorine, but a wonderful setting. "Charming hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful location with views facing the water on the 3rd floor. Lots of steps, so be aware if mobility is an issue but we absolutely loved it (and Hallstatt)!"
