The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. "We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. "Decent place to stay in for a couple of nights if you want to stay somewhere where you can see normal locals and not that many tourists. Hotel staff was said to know English but I had to open translator most of the time. Room itself was decent but you can see that this was 5 star hotel 5 years ago and has seen some wear."
