"very nice hotel and everything is new. The onsen pool is small but water quality is high and very clean. The room is featured with modern designs and fairly new. Wifi is fast and bed is western style and very comfortale to sleep on. Dinner and breakfast are healthy and good. The service was best in class. Highly recommend this hotel."

"One of our highlights during the time we spent in Japan. This is a cozy traditional Ryokan. The building is a little older, however that only adds to the charm. Staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They also offer great dining experiences, where we enjoyed the BEST dinner of our entire trip. Additionally, the private onsen areas were sublime. Views and location is also stunning. Super happy we decided to spend two nights here and strongly recommend!"

"It was hard to appreciate the full experience as the staff did not have an English translation for key protocol or amenities (I realise it is noted when booking that staff don’t speak English ) But to move forward and guests to experience the full Onsen experience this would be an enhancement The room was spacious but suffered from condensation and could do with some more up to date Electrical points "
