"It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages.
