"We here stayed two nights as it is within walking distance to both Lotte World, and Lotte World Tower. We had a great vuew of the Tower lit up at night, and there are plenty of dining options near by. My only complaints are that the hot water wasn't adequate, and the pillows were extremely flat."

The breakfast buffet is definitely the highlight of the stay! I would go there just for the breakfast alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Perfect for me as a solo traveler , clean and quiet . Staff very friendly and the room had everything I needed for a 5 night stay . WiFi and aircon perfect and nice touches like water in the fridge . The bedding was very high quality and so comfortable. "The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible. The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits."

"It's just a hotel. It's a motel where couples can take a short break. It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."
