"My wife and I frequently stay in the Araneta Novotel when we have business in Manila (we live elsewhere in the Philippines...). The hotel is modern and well equipped. The location is excellent, with many restaurants just a few steps away in Gateway Mall or other parts of Cubao."

I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"The air conditioner is not as strong. No water in the bidet and shower. No bucket or container if you even want to take a shower. The only way you can wash up is put your head under the faucet. "

"Yes it was a nice stay but the carpets are old already, as soon as you enter the place I can smell something different, a stench smell and the room a a bit of smell as well, old furnitures, but in any rate customer service is great and for assistance the team is there. Its a budget friendly hotel to stay too."
