"the STAFF was excellent, Nestor was awesome as were the desk personnel. I was going to send a email about this next comment thru an email, but will do it here also. Its was very sad to see a very short hair, light brown and gray man, he seemed to be a manager or owner of the hotel really treat the staff poorly. 2 days he was very abrupt with many of the staff. They ALL did a wonderful job and I would like you to tell them ALL including Nestor. I run a 300 employee company and would never...

"Great location close to the airport. I felt very safe lots of options to shop and dine nearby. Lots of little convenience store. I would definitely stay here again whenever I come to Bogota."

"It's a good place to stay. Shared restrooms is a main thing. The noise starts early and you can hear it inside the room. The place is nice, comfortable and the people are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is not the greatest could be better. "
