"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "The hotel was lovely. For five star the service seemed a little adhock. Advice on where to visit etc lacking. Breakfast basic but adequate. Don't really have anything to compare to though. Good location minright minutes "
