"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. A 3:30 to 4:30 afternoon coffee hour with fresh fruits and delicious cakes, access to top quality pool (with a water slide), the "summer card" for all kinds of included and discounted activities in the area. "This hotel is a true gem. If you are thinking about booking it - do it!!! We originally booked only 2 nights but extended our stay 2 more nights because we loved it so much. Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on.
