Nice and quiet away from the nightlife but still walkable to West Perth and subiaco.

"Receptionist was friendly. Room was tidy. Kitchen, suited to a longer stay had kettle, toaster, rice cooker, electric frypan, portable burner, saucepans. Adequate cutlery bar a potato peeler.
Bathroom was ok, a hand towel would have been handy.
Be aware if you get CAT bus 1 or 935 bus (both free) to Kings Park and walk down to the hotel, it is very steep. A better option is get off these buses on st georges terrace after Mill St and walk across the freeway on the Mount Street Bridge.
