"Was blown away by the view from the bedroom as it looks directly to Mount Fuji. Area was quiet with very friendly older neighbor. My family stayed here and would highly recommend for a clean and much larger accommodation due to rural area compared to the busy cities in Osaka and Tokyo. "

"Stayed here for 3 days. Picked up by Driver from the station. Contacted via tourist information and arrived within 10 minutes. Had room in 3 floor beautiful views and room. We had breakfast included but also light snacks 3-5 and drinks and light food 5-7. Although to be fair food was nice so we just had that every night after a packed filled day around the lake. Right next to the Ropeway recommending getting there as around opening time as gets really busy. Same if you doing the Pagoda which is...

"One of our favorite stays in all of Japan! We will be returning for years to come. We absolutely enjoyed our traditional room. The staff who helped us settle in, serve our dinner, and transform our room into a bedroom did a fantastic job and were so kind to interact with. The check in staff was quick and efficient. The check out staff was kind enough to shuttle us back to the station. The entire hotel is kept up so nicely. This spot is a gem if you’re visiting the Mt Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko area....

"Amazing view of Mt. Fuji. Room was clean. Onsen was clean and with many great baths. All staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied – Japanese, Western, as well as many other types. It’s a bit out of the way and not in neither Fujikawaguchiko nor Fujiyoshida. We took the bus directly to the door of the hotel from Tokyo (which was great when arriving late!) – but we had already planned to rent a car to get around, so we knew the location wasn’t going to be a problem for us."

"Location is great as its near to some places of attraction like Mt Fuji Panoramic Ropeway & Lawson with Mt Fuji background & restaurants eg. Beef cutlet Rest. koushuya & Kosaku kawaguchiko (Houtou) Very spacious place, has 3 level with the top level being able to view Mt Fuji on a good day. Only hope that there was a washing machine in the unit so we can wash our clothes. But overall, great place to stay"

"The house was vey clean and well maintained. The location was almost perfect if you are visiting Mt Fuji or Fuji Q Highland amusement park. One advice for oversea visitors, make sure to send a picture of your passport to receive the passcode to enter the house. "
