The hotel is immaculate, the breakfast is delicious, and they took special care to make sure our 10 year old felt special. We came back to a clean room one afternoon and found the staff had staged his stuffed animals in an embrace on the pillow. Highly recommend."

"Staff were friendly and that's about the only good thing I can say, the carpets in the common areas are filthy, there was no hot water for a shower and we were woken up at 1am by loads of drunk guests shouting. I got about 3 hours sleep. Wouldn't recommend."

"Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300. "

"We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surpised at how large it was and that there were two bedrooms. We checked in late, so used the check in machine and everything was pin operated. We would stay here again for a clean, comfortable stay"
