"The property itself is very good, modern, well-appointed and well-kept. My suite was huge and well-equipped, good kitchen area, tvs and great bed. Staff were unobtrusive and helpful when needed. The area itself is still under development, with many vacant lots and traffic basically using sand tracks in some places. This made the walk to the local mall/hypermarket rather tricky, so taking a cab is recommended. "

"It was one of very bad experience as reception was horrible, totally unacceptable attitude unprofessional staff, no control over the rent rate as staff was offering rate with huge difference from original rate. so, no way I can visit or think about this property. Feel like there is a mafia within the staff who control the rent rate and other staff. "
