"I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Social Hub! Incredibly entertaining with many options to enjoy your stay at the hotel. The rooftop is breathtaking with gorgeous views of the city.
