"This unique spot was a perfect place for peace and quiet. We had the Greenbeard unit, named after trailing lichens! It’s a combined cabin/tent. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a lot of rain but enjoyed sitting on one of the two decks on a sunny morning. "

"I arrived after a long tiring 5 hr drive and immediately relaxed with the warm friendly obliging welcome. Mike the owner was very helpful and patient about my enquiries for the area. His wife is a tremendous cook and equally amenable..Highly recommended is the offer of a pizza in the evening totally delicious. The lodging has utmost rustic charm. Such a great relaxing cheery vibe - go for it "
