"First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. I felt that daily activities weren't very well advertised, there was a list but not timing and location indicated. Found out on the last day that there was yoga daily on the beach? As an English speaking family, we were the minority here with most people speaking Russian, not sure if other hotels perhaps market more to English speaking countries. "We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time.
