"시설은 깔끔하지만 객실 관리랑 기본 서비스는 별로 3박 4일 머무는 동안 하우스키핑을 제대로 받은 적이 한 번도 없습니다. 전날 청소가 안 돼 있어 다음 날 미리 요청했음에도 이후에도 청소가 이루어지지 않았고, 전화로 요청하자 “곧 보내겠다”는 말만 한 채 30분이 넘도록 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 결국 리셉션에 직접 내려가서 말한 뒤에야 청소가 진행됐는데, 그마저도 침구 교체 없이 정리만 한 수준이었습니다. 세면대 물이 새는 문제도 여러 번 이야기했지만 그때마다 처리하겠다는 말만 반복했고, 실제 수리는 계속 미뤄지다가 하우스키핑이 들어올 때 한 번에 같이 처리됐습니다. 전반적으로 객실 관리가 체계적이지 않아 보였고, 직원들끼리 소통도 잘 안 되는 느낌이었습니다. 하루 일정 끝나고 호텔로 돌아와 쉬고 싶은 상황이었는데, 청소와 수리 문제 때문에 방에 들어가지도 못하고 복도 쇼파에서 기다려야 했던 점이 특히 힘들었습니다. 그 과정에서 별도의 사과나 보상은 전혀 없었습니다. 또...

"All personal som arbetar på hotellet är otroligt vänliga, tillmötesgående och har så bra bemötande. Hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade. Rummen super fina och fräscha. Takterrassen var 12/10 utsikten kan man inte få nog av då man ser pyramiderna perfekt. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka till samma hotell nästa gång vi besöker Giza "

"The hotel looks exactly like the photos! The staff are wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They helped us arrange the ATV experience with the pyramids view the same morning and it was very convenient. The restaurant food was really good, especially the half chicken well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Breakfast was great as well. The room was nice, clean, and a good size. I really love the hotel, definitely recommend:-) Just be careful when calling an Uber or taxi, as...
