"Our room needed a lot of TLC, although clean, it smelt of damp and mould. The location and staff were great. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. Perhaps we just chose the wrong room (which felt more like a large shed)."

"It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked.
