"Staff was amazing. The property is beautiful and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and the views were incredible on the 11th floor. "

"I have stayed at this property several times and find it mostly enjoyable. The upgrades, too high beds and "landing light" wall lamps are the exceptions to my joy. The lower than low toilet is another. The lady receptionist is charming, a real Southern lady! Clean room, quiet after the evening rush (Friday night), at door parking+ all add to this Key West's to my stay. "
