"Great choice of hotel by us 🙂 lovely location, friendly welcoming staff, parking, self service breakfast, coffee and water available in the reception area daily, large room with walk in shower, small clothes hanging area but sufficient for our stay, drawers, sofa bed in our room too, fridge, microwave and coffee making in room. What more do.you need! Oh and the pool was great and very clean. Towels provided by hotel. Will definitely stay again if in area.."

"Hotel was fine. Problem was reservation management. I booked a room in mycar on way to hotel and paid for it as I had no plan tk cancel or change and when I got there 30 minutes later I found out that I hit the wrong date. I booked it for the following night. Receptionist was no help. I called Hotels.com they said they had to get Rodeway in reservations to change the date to current night. They refused to change it. I then had to pay for another night. They are that desperate. Hotel.com said they would request a refund. Rodeway Inn again refused to issue a refund. What pitiful customer service for a simple mistake and can't believe they are that desperate to steal $100 from me. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn. or use Hotel.com ever again. I have used Hotel.com for years but now that Expedia bought them out they suck."
