"Rooms were ok. Door was rusted and hard to open. No internet or cable so you had to use your WiFi from your phone and stream. Not in a very nice area of town"

"We won’t ever stay at the hotel again because the pool was freezing evidently it’s not heated we were miserable or just stayed out of the pool we have children and they swim when we go out of town and the pull out couch was also miserable. You should consider making the pool heated no one swam including the other guests "

" I rate the Okana Resort 4 stars. No one explained the extra fees at check in or on Expedia, which was frustrating. The room also had a sewage smell, though the manager did make adjustments to help with the issue. The outdoor waterpark wasn’t open during our stay, and there was no room service available. On the positive side, the children had a great time, which helped make the stay better overall. Because of that, I’m giving it a 4‑star rating."

"There were holes in the walls. Bathtub was rusted. Faucet for the battub was rusted. The enry door was filthy. You could see fingerprints and smears all on the door. I think next time i come which i come about evry 3 to 6 months i will be trying the new hotel by you called Spark. "
