"O apartamento é realmente muito confortável: o ar-condicionado funciona super bem, a cama é excelente, e você tem à disposição TV, frigobar e micro-ondas (só não tem fogão). Além disso, a localização é super prática, porque o apartamento fica praticamente em cima da estação de metrô República, então se locomover é muito fácil. Você também pode entrar e sair tanto pela Rua Aurora quanto pela Praça da República, o que facilita bastante. E, claro, há vários supermercados próximos para você fazer...

The area is pretty sketchy, especially at night, lots of homeless and “drogas”. But if you’re on a tight budget it fits the bill perfectly.
