"Me cargaron más de lo que costaba la habitación. Lo corregieron al siguiente día, pero aún así no fueron muy resolutivos en persona cuando pedí me aclararan lo que pasó. El cuarto huele a caño, usamos 3 cuartos de diferentes amigos y todos huelen igual. Había cabellos en el baño. El proceso de checkout es muy lento porque revisan todos los cuartos para ver que no falte nada, y necesitábamos salir rápido a un compromiso."

"I had returned after a year and it still remains remarkable. It is not one of these huge beach hotels but a small friendly and creatively designed boutique hotel at a fairly quiet location and in convenient walking (uphill!) distance from the city center and IGY marina. The restaurant serves wonderful high quality and beautifully presented food (not cheap- but good value). It now closes at 4 p.m., but there is plenty of good alternatives in walking distance. Full recommendation!"
