"room was just what I needed for a 2 night stay. Clean, comfy bed, table and chairs, mini-fridge and microwave. Plenty of hot water. New carpet and paint. Its an older place, no frills but excellent for the price. Had a nice looking pool I didnt use. Owner was so nice. Remarkably quiet despite being on a major street. Near University and Interstate access. Would stay again!"
