"Internet was not working and the man at the reception couldn't do anything. No coffee / tee in the room and one coffee machine at the reception, empty (just for show, I presume). Nobody available at the reception before 9:00 AM or so. Beds were horrible (we stayed several nights and left with a backache!). Refrigerator, on the other hand, was great."
