"The staff made our whole stay! Fantastic front desk staff that really made sure our children and us had a great stay even if we arrived late in the evening. The room was clean and breakfast was as expected at this kind of hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Nice pool area with a little extra!"

"It could be a nice hotel however apparently there is a change of ownership and with it a lack of care in the facility. No front desk help on checking out. That was left to the kitchen help and that person had no experience in that process. I booked and paid through hotels.com and when I checked in they had no reservation although it had been prepaid. It needs a lot of updating."
