It's not overly fancy or beautiful but we enjoyed everthing about it, from easy self parking to the helpful staff, well appointed rooms and an amazing pool area complete with cabanas. Great location - 2 very nice brunch restaurants just across the street and easy walk to Pier 39 or Ghiradelli Square. We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Caza."

"Love love loved this hotel and its unique location! As Japan lovers, we really felt like we were in Japan with all the decor and design elements. Very comfortable rooms and setup, friendly staff and CONVENIENTLY located at the heart of Japan town, walking distance to Fillmore st with access to the bus and easy to get in and around town. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Great location for morning or late evening activities. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating with our requests. Great place to stay with family or as a couple. It was SF at night our teenagers in their own room across from ours. A dim lit watering hole a block away to shed the last hours of the night and great sandwiches next door to take to the Palace of Fine Arts the next day."
