The house is very spacious and provides privacy and amenities throughout the space. I enjoyed good nights rest and was only 5 minutes away from my business/church function. I highly recommend Villa Dubois. I will be back and look forward to renting again. "

"The hotel is safe and FOR THE PRICE it was mostly clean, except under the bed. Fixtures and the hallways show wear and water pressure was a little weak, but shower was hot. If the room rate was typical for Chicago, it would have been disappointing. So that needs to be considered. "

"Property was clean as were the rooms. We have been staying there since the hotel opened and we feel the rooms need a bit of a refresh to make it feel more crisp looking . After lots of use sometimes bathrooms and beds need to be refreshed. Service was good in the dining areas and rooms"

"Exceptional experience! Staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly. Offered restaurant and sight seeing suggestions. Even came from behind the desk and outside to the sidewalk to give us specific directions to get to the L to get to a Cubbies game. Location was outstanding. Convenient to everything. We walked everywhere. Felt very safe. Room was spacious. Bathroom had two counters and sinks which worked great for my friend and I. Very clean and great amenities. Highly recommend this hotel!"
