"Secreted away in a cozy pocket in Seattle's Phinneywood area, this place was great for a family traveling on a workation. Within walking distance of good food (Try Yanni's, a short 15 minute walk away!), a nice zoo, a lake, and several nice looking pubs (didn't check them out, but they looked like the place for a brew), you can save some miles on the rental car and still have a great time. "This hotel was conveniently located near the train stop, within walking distance. You can also easily walk to the ice rink/shopping area. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was honestly quite good for an included breakfast with lots of options and freshly made items that rotated daily."

"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. "The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "
