"We were out there on a official visit for my daughter. Soon as I walk at the front desk the young man I think his name was Joshua he was a PVU student. He greeted me with a smile and I asked him about prairie view as I checked in. He went above and beyond to tell me everything about the school the area the hotel amenities and everything that I could have asked him, he answered.. His service level is on 1000!! Excellent employee give that man a raise!!! "
