For Valentine's Day, I thought it would be a nice surprise to get a hotel room close to home for the night so the girls could swim and we could have a mini vacation. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk associate that due to me being a local resident, there would be an additional $400 security deposit hold on my card. I was floored, especially since the room rate was $159. I said,"

"Ants crawling around coffee area which was dirty especially around hole in counter for trash. fruit flies around waffles. Huge hole in building near entrance. Windows and doors very dirty at entrance. Morning staff mostly mute, walked up turned in cards got "thanks" never bothered ask which room, how was stay, nothing. Wouldn't stay again."
