"Absolutely the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in Lake Charles! Loved it. Very CLEAN, very friendly concierge and hotel staff. Hot breakfast. The non-smoking rooms didn’t smell like smoke, as so many do! Most definitely staying there again!"

"After a long trip, we got in around 1:00 AM. I’m a Hilton member, so I had already checked-in and selected a room on the Hilton app. The receptionist was extremely nice! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night. The next morning, we had a variety of good breakfast options to choose from. I actually saved this hotel as a favorite for future stays in Lake Charles."

"At the casino area specially at the bars….. no matter if it was busy or not……… there was always chaos among the bartenders, and they never took care of me as they do at Golden Nugget…. A few times I stayed there for a long time into a bartender come in give me a drink."

"I liked that we were able to walk across the parking lot to eat at Olive Garden and then use the hotel shuttle to get to the Golden Nugget. It was also great that we could call the shuttle when we were ready to go back to the hotel."
