Hotels in Bird Island

"The breakfast waffles are amazing I was so happy you had blueberry sauce for them. The eggs were kinda bland maybe add salt if you can't because of health risks then maybe pepper and rosemary or paprika idk it might just be me and if so I apologize however if you are getting the same complaints "

"For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and housekeeping person didn't know how to do it either. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. There was no paper and pen to write down anything from a phone call etc. The only light in the bathroom is quite dim and difficult to put on makeup with. Outside our room during the night there was a very loud truck revving up its engines several times making sleep frequently interrupted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. "

"The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay at the location in Willmar Mn. I am not one to ever complain or be extra but from the get go it was horrible. First the manager says the pool is out of order. I paid for a Suite and got a room with 2 queen beds. Told manager i must habe been given the wrong room. He proceeds to tell something is wrong with my Suite and he can give me a separate room with a single been. Fine I was just so exhausted I let it slide."

"I had a great stay at the hotel and the experience was made even better by the amazing front desk staff. Krish Anna and Sunny were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and made me feel welcomed. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. "No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with."
