"Breakfast was good "

"The Breakfast was great . AC/heat great ... my complaint is that I have been stay with the 2 Wyndhams in Marion for quite awhile. hoping they would go to bat for me with Expedia. I made a mistake in my 2 nights of reservation last Thursday (intended for check in 3/27 & check out 3/29) but accidently typed in 3/26 check in &3/28 checkout. instantly called and made the correction. Expedia pentalized me $105.55 + and wouldn't pardon me from that penality. Talked to 3 different agents and they said call back and we wiil straighten it out with Mr Turner.. last one said no. I like staying with Wyndam but disappointed."

"Old hotel. Elevator not working. Dirty with no daily cleaning scheduled unless you ask for it "

"The parking was fine. The room was nasty. Big brown ring around the tub, someone's, I don't know what, was dried up in the sink, until it got wet. The hallways and stairs needed swept. Couldn't tell the last time it was done. This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Period. "

"I have stayed at this location at least once a year for the past 9 years and service is always great, rooms are always clean, and breakfast is always good"

"I booked a room for 2 nights and right after I checked in the hotel lost partial power and we had no heat, no tv, no microwave, no WiFi and even though they have a kitchenette no dishes, no cookware or cutlery! I called twice to request at the very least a partial refund and I even spoke to a manager who said they would call me but they never did, I get that the power outage was not their fault but they definitely didn’t help me with a refund!"

"The carpet in the lobby was dirty, the closet in the room was unfinished, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the shower was dirty."
