"The place is good for the price. It felt clean, and the shower and toilet worked fine. The beds were quite hard and duvet only a blanket, but all in good condition. Although it’s only a 4 minute walk from Pelourinho, we were told by locals and police that we had to take Uber home as soon as it got dark! In other words, the area is not safe at night. "

"Nice for a short 4 day vacation - friendly staff and the room itself was nice - more a 3 star experience. The spa and pool were nice - I had a lovely massage and spent some time in the pool, which was small but welcomed after a long day of exploring Salvador."

Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. There is a single room with air conditioning. The room itself has a broken window that does not enable to close the window which makes the air conditioning pointless. "O quarto era muito apertado, sem tv por assinatura apenas canais locais. A comida muito ruim e quanto a higiene: vi barata circulando no banheiro. A torneira da pia do banheiro quase não corria água. O ar condicionado com péssimo funcionamento e sem um controle disponível no quarto, sendo necessário solicitar um controle na recepção."
